The Role
- Travel arrangement (tickets, hotels, rentals, etc.) – Meeting arrangement and administration – Minutes of meetings (protocols, etc.) – Tracking and follow-up on tasks – Interaction with engineering contractors – Assistance with contracting of engineering services – Interface with company business units and production sites
Requirements
- Higher education – 5+ years of previous experience in a similar role is a must – Work experience in UAE is a major advantage – Fluent English – Knowledge of Russian is highly desirable – Positive attitude
