Job Description
Responsibility:
– Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
– To look after day-to-day operations for both the plants.
– Align and work closely with Import/ Export and trade execution team and monitor the shipments.
– Participating in the development and execution of strategic business plans
– Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational and project goals are being met
– Supervising the work of employees and providing feedback when necessary
– Ensuring a safe and secure workplace by making sure all government regulations and compliance standards are adhered to.
– Suggesting new policies and procedures to help improve business profitability
– Working with internal stakeholders to implement new policies and procedures
– Supervise inventory management team
– Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
– Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
– Oversee Local sales aligning with Business Head.
Business Development Manager Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
– Experience in Operations/sales or related field.
– Strong communication skills and Excel fluency.
– Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
– Excellent organizational skills.
– Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
– Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
– Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
