ERC International Hiring for Real Estate Sales Agent Job at Dubai Full Time

*Main Responsibilities: * · All Leads Must Be Entered In Hubspot. Except Du, agents,developers or spam leads. · If Any Agent closed the deal and its not on hunbspot than that deal will be forfeit regardless its big or small · Agent must keep only QUALIFIED Leads with them. · Agent must focus on quality instead of quantity. · Agents must be aligned with their Heads regarding the meetings and schedule on daily basis. · All the meetings should be updated on HubSpot. · Agents need to do on daily basis minimum of 30 connected calls on Lost Leads,No Answer and Contact made stage. · Agent must do a strong followup on the qualified leads and pull the meetings from that. · Agents must visits the projects to make a social media videos and send it to all the clients and share on social media plateform. · Update the clients about the Real Estate market in and outs AND as well the new laws of Dubai. · Keep in touch with the sold clients and update them regarding the project where they bought. · Agent Must Get the referrals from the old clients. · After the meeting is over, agent must discuss with their heads about the meetings outcome. · Agents Must show respect to their heads, and to deal with them professionally. No casual talk with HEADS will be accepted. · Agent Must calls on the DATA and try to get Secondary Listings. Which will help Agent to get more qualified leads from the portals. · Any duplication of leads or issues may occur, then agent must discuss with the heads same time. · If agent knows the lead is duplicate and still tried to deal with the client than the deal will be given to the agent who has registered it first. *Office Discipline & Protocol: * · Office Timings are 9:30 Am to 6:30 PM, if any agents come late more than 5 Minutes, then agent will be not allowed to sit in office and won’t have any leads. · Daily Live Locations is mandatory and should be send at 9:30am. · If any agent has meeting in the morning, then the meeting must be in HUBSPOT. · Agents are not allowed to go the meetings in morning from home. Unless the meeting scheduled at 9:30 and Agent must be at meeting point on the same time. · Jokes, Casual attitude and lazy behavior is NOT ALLOWED on the floor. · To make sure that there is no grouping and negativity on the floor, as Azco culture is to build a bond between the agents and to be as one family. · It is prohibited to spread negativity over the floor. · Electric or Tabaco smoking is not allowed on the floor. · Agents must make sure that they are well dressed as per the company policy through weekdays. · Agents must follow internal Process when it comes to asking for leave i.e., Sick, Holiday, etc… as it should be approved from Head, HR and it can only be applied through Bayzat System. · *Do’s and Don’ts attached below for review and acceptance.*

Pay: AED1,493.77 – AED8,414.45 per month
