Role’s mission:
Your mission as Business Development representative will be to implement a strategic sales plan that will expand the company’s customer base in the MENA and AFRICA markets and to ensure its strong presence.
You will have the responsibility of recruiting new clients, closing, achieving growth and hitting sales targets. You will be reporting to the Head of Sales.
Roles tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop a sales and growth strategy for the MENA and AFRICA region
- Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects in MENA and Africa region
- Ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability, increasing market share
- Provide accurate and competitive pricing, while striving to maintain a healthy profit margin (Vs Goal).
- Provide to management:
- insights and action plans to increase database of Clients in the regions
- Detailed sales reports on key performance criteria
- Accurate monthly forecasts
- Creates and manages proposal presentations and agreements
- Evaluate & improve sales processes with the guidance of the Head of Sales
- Coordinate and communicate and work closely with the VAS teams to maximize revenue and ensure the highest standard of service quality.
- Follow up on clients achievements and provide guidance to the account manager team in order to meet clients objectives
- Build key partnerships with local VAS players – Content providers, Aggregators, MNOs etc
- Entravision VAS services ambassadeur in MENA and Africa ( Smadex, performance, Google and Social)

Roles’ requirements:- Knowledge of the performance-based and Programmatic advertising industry
- Strong network of Mobile VAS clients in MENA and AFRICA region
- Specific knowledge in CPA (cost per acquisition) advertising model and Digital mobile content promotion
- Excellent phone based sales experience required and client facing relationship
- Proactive, with good communication skills.
- Comprehensive sales cycle experience from discovery to prospecting to sign-on
- Minimum 2 years experience in the digital advertising industry
- Perfect knowledge of the different pricing models: CPC, CPM, CPA etc.
- Ability to make decisions with little or no guidance when required.
- Fluent in English and in Arabic, written and spoken (other languages will be highly valued).
- Good understanding and personal interest in online marketing and digital trends.
- Good level of experience using Microsoft office applications
- Must be eligible to work in Dubai, UAE
Technical skills- A minimum of technical skills required (experience working with conversion tracking, third party tracking, web analytics tools, etc).
- Familiar with Salesforce CRM system
