Department Description:
The Units core responsibility is to increase the market share of credit cards acquire more New To BankNTB customers and function in line with the Groups overall business strategy This Unit is responsible to bring new companies to the banks approved list of employers capitalize on these relationships to increase overall penetration of retail banking products
Also to provide Excellent Service to Customers before and after sales
Brief Description:
The role holder directly manages a number of sales teams targeted at different products and or territories Primary responsibilities include sales planning target setting for the sales team and achieving annual sales volumes of the teams managed People management skills such as performance tracking feedback giving and coaching are essential
Detailed Description:
Sales of Credit Card Personal Finance and Bank Accounts in retail banking
Cross selling of other bank products when required
To ensure ASMs check and approve applications sourced by team membersRBEs before submission to support team
To ensure ASMs call customers who apply for bank products to verify important information TCs charges TAT etc
To assist team members in meeting customers to facilitate sale company listing and for any other requirement as applicable
To enforce and ensure team adherence to banks service standards so as to ensure best in class customer service and experience
To follow the laid down policies and procedures of the bank
To collate team data about customer feedback market pulse lost data etc and any other data point or process as required by the unitbank and take it up with management for review
Job Requirements:
1 Sales target set sales targets for the sales teams and monitor their achievement to ensure that sales target for the assigned business are met
2 Sales planning develop implement and monitor sales plan for the sales force in order to ensure optimum resource utilization and productivity levels
3 Sales processes identify and improve the processes within the sales unit to improve turnaround time and service level
4 New Markets Customers Develop new markets and customers to enhance sales and market share
5 Key Accounts manage key accounts or support their management to ensure superior and customer loyalty
6 Product awareness increase awareness on product amongst the sales team members to meet customer needs and exploit market opportunities
7 Sales Force Management Develop sales staff through on job training and coaching and manage their performance to ensure required levels of performance and competence and productivity

Preferably 2 Year of Banking Experience
