Department Description:
Implement and establish a Digital Workforce for the bank by delivering robotics process automation and related change management initiatives project objectives within time resource and budget constraints Align project execution with the strategy mission culture and ethics of the organization

Brief Description:
This role is responsible to execute Robotics Implementation program to ensure high impact delivery of automation with optimized cost and timelines
Plan and prioritize backlog and implementation of Robotics to ensure high impact high quality and at the earliest delivery
Assess value develop cases and prioritize stories epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Work with businesses for requirement detailing reengineer processes wherever necessary
Coordinate with operations for effective testing and align on release plan and drive post release stabilization and efficiency realization
Provide backlog management iteration planning and elaboration of the user stories
Work closely with PO to create and maintain backlog according to business value or ROI
Lead preparation of release plans and set expectation for delivery
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of ReleaseSprint Goals
Together with the Head of Agile Delivery and Chapter Leads define the set of necessary competences in the squad and develop them

Keep abreast with Agile Scrum best practices and new trends

Detailed Description:
Develop implementation plan by prioritizing high ROI items
Manage overall implementation journey progress and revision of plans to mitigate risks
Oversee and ensure OPS and IT Risk controls are adhered to with intime documentation prior to Rollouts
Manage scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value
Align Operational and Business Stakeholders for implementation plan and timely signoffs
Senior BA will also review and certify opportunity analysis work by BAs
Engage with Business and Operations Heads Collect business needs and assess their feasibility for automation
Strong communication and negotiations across technology and other stakeholders to achieve results and decision making to improve time to market for all portfolio items
Develop and implement RPA Process Analysis toolkit and implement for standardization
Prepare a strong automation pipeline using process miningdiagnostics results
Explore new technologies and approaches for performing Process Analysis
Introduce new technologies to the team for enhancing automation capabilities
Collect Review Backlog implementation plan from Business Analysts
Prepare overall implementation plan for entire backlog with optimized cost and maximum ROI at the earliest possible

Job Requirements:
Review and approve the quality of user stories and provide continuous feedback
Ensure effective reporting or progress to stakeholders
Monitor ensure and engage when required to obtain required signoffs from stakeholders
Review Business benefits estimated and ensure delivery
Review and own solution performance to meet efficiency goals estimated for the program
Engage with Stakeholders from Ideation to benefit realization
Keep Stakeholders updated about the progress and seek timely intervention in case of roadblocks
Conduct Periodic reviews during implementation
Conduct Post Implementation Survey with immediate stakeholders
Review and engage to utilize self and BAs experience of working closely with business
PostGraduation preferably in IT or Business Management
Have delivered large programs for process improvements Automations
Managed large projects and senior stakeholders
Have led Process Diagnostics and Optimization at organization level
Process Automation with hands on experience of process reengineering and Robotics preferably in Banking industry
Experience of Automation Tools and technologiesRobotics OCR NLP AI and ML
Experience of RPA platformsAutomation Anywhere UIPath Blueprism etc
