To maintain close contact and relationship with respective portfolios of customers such that we remain one of main bank getting their major share of wallet
To work closely with Regional ManagerArea manager on daytoday business planning in order to achieve regions Fx budget
Update Regional ManagerArea Manager on team performance and discuss and seek advice to grow business

To support Head of Cross sell with market feedback to develop differentiated sales and business development approach for different regions
Help to design and launchrun Fx campaign to build momentum across various FX products and initiative
Promote online line channels as part Banks digital Agenda
To be fully aware of all policies relating to operational and market risk
Responsible for assessing product risk reputation risk and product suitability by deploying global best practices

To coach Business Banking Relationship Managers to enhance FX business generation opportunities
To do joint calling with Business Relationship Managers understand client needs and advise them accordingly

To proactively drive newtobank Fx business in order to increase presence in the identified target segment
In conjunction with Business Banking Preposition proactively solicitmanage business with riskreward parameters
Manage the pricing and margins for FX while ensuring that we look at the customer profitability lens for every transaction
