Number of campaigns in RBWM calendar pushed through CRM
Average 200 per month
Job Requirements:
Campaigns year 1500 campaigns executed across channels per year
Leads year 43000 lead created in 6 months across channels using Siebel CRM
SMS emails 15 Mn SMS 3 Mn emails sent per month via targeted campaigns using CRM
Additional Details:
A Education
General o Professional Minimums of bachelors degree preferably in Business studies or related fields
B Experiences Knowledge and understanding of banking products services processes and distribution related matters exposure as a preference
Knowledge Skills o Technical o Managerial Familiar with usage of well known CRM systems preferably
Siebel CRM or any other Oracle product
Strategic thinker and a strong combination of business management and marketing expertise
