The unit comprising the Head with potential four Senior Managerial and Managerial staff and account opening approvers team to ensure the banks strategies on Operational risk management Compliance Legal matters are implemented monitored and refined to meet the fastgrowing challenges in the current market.The unit is responsible for internal audit issue resolutions and response of the issues raised through regular audit reviews and interact will all segments and channels of CWM as well as support functions to ensure controls and compliance.The unit is responsible for coordination with support units and CWM segmentschannels and products in respect of identifying process gaps implementing policies and ensuring process changes under the NPPA process.The unit is responsible to coordinate efficiently with stakeholders other than CWM to define strategy on Compliance Internal Audit and Operational risk for CWM

Retail Banking Wealth Management acquires and serve the individual High Net Worth and small and medium enterprise through a large network of branches Priority and Business Banking Centres and direct indirect and e channels with bestinclass product services and facilities spanning all the segments

Detailed Description:

• To provide support to the AVP CWM Governance Transformation to ensure that the assigned segment has proper procedural controls and risk overview and compliance culture in place to effectively run the business in line with the banks strategic intent
• Provide support to AVP CWM Governance Transformation to implement strategies to accommodate current and future organizational needs with respect to compliance audit operational risks and fraud control areas
• Provide support to AVP CWM Governance Transformation to ensure that various units within the assigned segment are compliant with the banks internal policies external imperatives and regulatory environment
• Works closely with AVP CWM Governance and several support functions to ensure Service Level Agreements are in place and measure performance through MIS reports
• Support AVP CWM Governance Transformation in preparation of agenda items and action items for various meetings on Ops Risk audit and Compliance
• Managing the Governance Related Profile
• Monitoring Review Onward Reporting of OD Accounts

Job Requirements:

• Monitor and Support in strategy implementation across the CWM on compliance and Operational risk projects
• Strategy development for BusinessSupport areas of CWM

• Govern and Monitor

• Graduate with understanding of business local regulations and current developments
• Conversant with full range of Banking Products and Services
• Professional experience in Banking with extensive experience in Operations Retail Banking Branch Banking
• At least two years of experience in a relevant domain required
• A proven track record of consistent performance and achievement
• Understanding of the bank operations products policies regulations compliance and risk management is needed
• Excellent communicationwritten and verbal negotiation skills good organizational leadership and interpersonal skills are must
