Emirates Grand Hospitality Hiring for HR Clerk Job at Dubai Full Time

We are currently looking for HR Clerk to join our Group. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted by HR Department.

Jobs & Responsibilities

• Publishing and updating job advertisements on online platforms and careers pages
• Scheduling interviews with candidates
• Maintaining records of the employees (e.g. sick leaves, vacation etc.)
• Screening job applications and resumes
• Updating the company databases with the information of new hires (e.g. bank accounts, contact details etc.)
• Distributing digital as well as physical training material
• Storing, copying and maintaining important documentation
• Addressing the queries of employees in a timely manner
• Preparing ad-hoc reports, like reports on expenses
• Assist in processing employment verification’s
• Assist in administering employees benefit program and activities
• Schedule meetings, sort/distribute mail, and maintain departmental files
• Maintain department supplies.
• Perform any other task or function as assigned by HR Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

– Have Knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel in particular

– Can join immediately

– Currently on a visit or cancelled visa

– Currently in UAE

• Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
