Role Purpose
The role of a Trainer is at the coal face our business. Hands-on and out in the field working with our learners & employers, you will be responsible for supporting a caseload of learners (of any age) in their places of work, through their qualifications.
Qualifications will include Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and management in health and social care and children and young people’s service (Children and young people’s management pathway) and the Level 2 certificate in understanding children and young people’s mental health. You will be using a variety of teaching and assessing techniques to ensure that the highest standards of bespoke learning is offered. Through the work you do, you will not only be making a difference in the lives of learners but also increasing standards and reputation of the industry.
Mandatory Criteria
All applicants must be available for interview on 22nd Aug, 23rd Aug, 31st Aug and 1st Sep 2022 and must be available to join on 3rd Oct 2022 to begin training and 2 weeks training prior to the joining date.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Ø Delivering weekly group teaching sessions.
Ø Visiting learners at their workplaces for on-site observation and teaching.
Ø Ensuring documented monthly progression of learners through vocational & functional skills qualifications to enable timely achievement of their qualification using onefile.
Ø Delivering outstanding teaching and learning of knowledge.
Ø Mentoring and coaching learners with varying barriers to learning.
Ø Taking part in continuous professional development, including completion of own qualifications.
Ø Liaising regularly with your assigned line manager and quality assurance team.
Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications
Ø Minimum of 1-year experience within specialist vocational sector.
Ø Experience working to a supervisory or managerial level in a school in the UK, UAE, USA, or EU.
Ø Excellent practical and theoretical knowledge of vocational specialism.
Ø Assessing qualifications (desirable).
Ø Possess or working to a minimum of level 2 standard in Maths, ICT, and English.
Ø Good IT skills – working level of knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Ø Must have own Visa.
Ø Willing to work as an associate/Freelancer.
Ø Must have a basic understanding of ADEK and KHDA inspection framework [Desirable not essential].
Ø Qualified Teacher (Desirable) [Trainer and assessor qualification will be provided].
