Job description
Serve as a technical consultant in the area of marine for management and / or the client.
Managing and advising on any issues involving Marine related design and construction from a multidisciplinary point of view, from design through to construction and commissioning/ handover.
Advise on enabling works needed in the marine environment for construction, including logistics and feasibility
Determine budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule.
Perform project management and ” technical work to support the delivery of projects.
Reviewing and approving design calculations, drawings and specifications and to make sure to oversee the design elements.
Profile
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marine or coastal engineering works
Excellent communication skills
Committed team player able to work on own initiative with the minimum of supervision.
Possess a thorough knowledge of current marine and coastal engineering design standards and guidelines
Ability to independently design marine structures
