Job Description
This is a full-time role located in Dubai with some flexibility to work remotely. The Senior Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel to clients, preparing legal doents, reviewing and analyzing legal issues, and advising on labor and employment law. The Senior Legal Advisor will also be responsible for attending court hearings, handling negotiations and settlements, and managing relationships with clients.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Expertise in Law and Legal Issues
Experience in Legal Doent Preparation for Company Formation and Agreements
Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
Excellent Legal Advice skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Able to conduct legal research and analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Law
Excellent interpersonal skills
Fluency in English is required and proficiency in Arabic is a plus
Experienced in working with Dubai Courts
Expert in dealing with DIFC clients,and commercial
Must have UAE experience of atleast 3 years
