As the Financial Controller, you are responsible for the overall management of Eathos accounting and controlling functions. You will ensure that reconciliations are performed to a high standard and that any systems issues or financial irregularities are resolved. You are also accountable for providing the necessary financial data and tools to support the business. Your focus is on finance, accounting, payroll, and the company’s other related and unrelated investment activities.

What you will do:

• Managing high-level of financial reporting and analysis
• Analyzing cash flow, Treasury, cost controls and expenses to guide business leaders
• Preparing the annual financial budget, ensuring processes are in place for sufficient budgetary monitoring and review
• Overseeing and preparing income statements, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Ensuring adequate financial visibility, transactions, and transparency across Eathos
• Streamlining accounting functions and operations and their collaborations with other departments
• Developing plans for financial growth by evaluating and managing the risks
• Coordinating audit processes and liaise with auditor and other departments
• Ensuring compliance with VAT, statutory law, and financial regulations

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Must have a master’s degree in accounting or equivalent
• Has a total work experience of 7 to 10 years in Accounts & Finance and 3 to 5 years as Chief Accountant or Accounting Manager
• Good in communication, strong leadership, and analytical skills
• Possesses sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals, preparing income statements, and cash flow
• With auditing, taxation, and legal compliance experience
• Proficient in accounting software
• Currently in UAE
