- Prepare and approve initial review of relevant type of agreement related to type of sale such as or post sale transactions including Sales, Purchase Agreement (SPA) and/or Ground Development Lease “Musataha” and all related documentation in the sales process
- Insure adequate support, validation and completion of sales contracts and/or other types of agreements as per approved policies and procedures
- Possess Working knowledge of laws pertaining to RERA regulations in addition to knowledge of applicable terms and conditions related to aspects of property sale agreements
- Track all Sales and ensure Team closes them within the time-frame
- Escalate any cases that are delayed for external reasons
- Implement KPIs for the team and external stakeholders to close cases
- Prepare regular reports to the Manager on all sales deals and contracts for management information, review and decision making
- Coordinate with other supporting departments to ensure all utilized agreements and information are up-to-date
- Ensure there are no knowledge gaps among team members
- Provide operational support to Management team for operational activities
- Gather effectively and synthesize complex or diverse information and present information for case study and/or escalation
- Set clear work unit policies and procedures, manage workflow and adjust when necessary.
