Job Description and Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Finance
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience as executive secretary, PA to Director or Senior Management in large reputable company / group / government / legal firm or Audit Firm
- Excellent computer and MS office skills with high typing speed in English and Arabic
- Can translate English to Arabic and vis versa
- Highly organized and proactive with can do attitude
- Ability to take ownership and initiative along with a problem solving and decision-making aptitude
- Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
- Experience to prioritize & follow through on issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
- Experience to make follow-ups to different departments, company, person any pending documents as requested by department management.
- Fluent in English and Arabic language
- Willing to work late hours if required to complete urgent tasks or meet deadlines
