Description:
We is seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
. Coordinate and manage communications between the General Manager and partners, customers, and suppliers.
. Arrange and schedule meetings, both internal and external, on behalf of the General Manager.
. Provide excellent language support in both English and Russian, including translation and interpretation when necessary.
. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
. Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
. Handle administrative tasks such as managing the General Manager’s calendar, screening calls, and responding to emails.
