Responsibilities:
. Greet visitors and provide them with a warm welcome to our office.
. Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
. Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
. Schedule appointments and manage the conference room calendar.
. Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
Requirements:
. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Professional appearance and demeanor.
. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. High school diploma or equivalent.
