We are a premium boutique agency in Dubai working exclusively with top developers.
We are currently looking for a call center operator who will quickly and efficiently process new applications and work with existing ones.
The product of this position is:
-execution of the plan according to the target leads
-implementation of the return on marketing investment plan
The result: qualified client transferred to the brokers department.
The expected flow of applications: 20 units per day.

Requirements:
1) RUSSIAN AND PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION LEVEL OF ENGLISH IS A MUST
2) work experience in call centers
3) the possibility to work 40 hours a week – without combining with studies / other work – we do not 4) consider part-time candidates
5) excellent interpersonal skills
6) personal computer/laptop, headphones with a microphone
7) silence during work
Experience in the field of real estate will be an additional advantage.
Duties:
Processing a new application within 5 minutes using the company script and entering all data into the CRM (Bitrix24)
Call back to the client, who was already in contact with the broker, but disappeared and stopped answering
