We are offering you the opportunity to become DSV Dubai’s new Project Manager -Key Accounts for our Industrial Projects in the MENA region. As part of one of the most successful transport and logistics companies in the world, we are looking for a candidate energetic, thorough, and self-driven

Detailed Responsibilities:

• This role will be focused on developing and executing the MENA region business plan for Projects
• Develop and maintain the Industrial Projects sales pipeline for the country to meet the annual budget GP.
• Gain new business and new trade lanes from existing customers.
• Provide client and target information, maintain CRM (if applicable) with 100% accuracy on every sales call and visits.
• Identify top accounts within the MENA region which may qualify as Corporate or Strategic accounts for Industrial Projects,
• Ensure detailed SOP’s are in place for the client.
• Prepare and deliver presentations of the pipeline and proposed strategy to pursue the targeted opportunities.
• Assist in the Proposals built to ensure alignment with the client’s requirement.
• List account information, contact details, meeting schedules, opportunities, and service lines as well as visiting reports in accordance with company guidelines.
• Support regional sales campaigns
• Generate opportunities leads to overseas DSV offices and networks
• Establish strong relationships with customers, external and Internal Stakeholders.
• Monthly review of performance with line manager and/or management, and action plan setting where needed
• Responsible in collecting of payment from customers in accordance with company guidelines.
• Be able to acknowledge and understand company capabilities and identify improvement areas where needed
• Achieve KPI’s set by management.
• DSV supply Code of Conduct is adhered to.
• Other tasks assigned by management

Communication:

Internal – Projects Team – MENA, Commercial Team (RDM), Tender Management & Strategic Business Development, Product Management, Finance and Operations Team).

External – Customers/Clients, subcontractor/suppliers

Qualifications & Characteristics:

• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
• MENA regions experience in the Project Logistics
• Experience of 5-8 years, as BD, or Sales/commercial or Project management, in a multi-national Project logistics forwarder or similar.
• Industry Expertise in Oil & Gas, Energy, EPCs.
• Self-Managed, Result Driven & outgoing personality
• Business minded
• Result orientated
• Energetic & proactive
• Good communication and organization skills
• Ability to communicate industry related information to people outside our industry
• Diplomatic, influencing & trustworthy
• Ability to define requirements, analyse facts, and determine relevant solutions/actions to be taken
• Extrovert personality with strong relationship building capabilities
