The Marine Superintendent is responsible for the day to day operation of mooring department. The standards of operation and condition of the pilot boats and other small craft require particular attention to quality of service delivery. Hands on training of small boat operators with particular focus on the standards of navigation and maintenance are a prime responsibility. He will in-charge and responsible of overall safe operation and technical maintenance to ensure high standard of availability and presentation at all times. To assist P&O Emergency Services team by providing Command and Control platform afloat for DPW and P&O strategic management team during port emergencies. To carry out basic survey duties and act as dive platform if required. To provide transportation for personnel and equipment during emergency operations.
