You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• In your leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring that your department achieves the hotels’ financial, business, Marketing & Communications objectives, set by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• You’ll also be responsible for maintaining direct oversight over the Marketing & Communications Department.
• You will work closely with Revenue Management, Finance, Food & Beverage, Spa and the Front Office departments of the hotel to develop and execute an annual marketing & communications budget and plan.
• You will ensure that the Marketing & Communications team understand their roles and will clearly communicate them the strategic vision and objectives on how to drive awareness and brand recognition resulting in improve performances and revenues.
• As a member of the Hotel’s senior management team, you will be responsible for providing the Executive Committee with regular marketing and communications reports for the strategic commercial plan, monthly reports, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed/required.
• It will be critical for you to consider every situation as a commercial and marketing opportunity to showcase the Hotel products and services.
