Doleep Studios Hiring for Video Production – Sales – Business Development Job at Dubai Full Time

Doleep Studios, a leading Media Production agency in the UAE, is looking for a business development executive – responsible for the growth of the company through increased sales to new clients and reselling to existing clients. The sales process involves face-to-face, phone, and online interactions by presenting the company services and offering solutions. This position will especially be loved by self-driven individuals who value result oriented work culture and are confident in their abilities to multitask, handle sales targets with a positive attitude – all while delivering measurable results

A UAE valid driving license is an advantage as you can easily meet potential clients in their offices.

Responsibilities:

• Sell the video and marketing services of the company to new and existing clients

• Achieve the set sales targets within schedule

• Understand the needs of existing and potential clients to cater to them effectively

• Create & edit proposals and budget estimates based on client project requirements

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships

• Reach out to potential clients through other business development initiatives

• Coordinate sales effort with operation team members

• Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

• Supply management with reports on needs, interests, competitive activities, and potential for purchase of new products and services

• Support the operations team in servicing new and existing clients

• Study company provided sales training materials & successfully pass organizational performance tests

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales in the UAE

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English

• Excellent selling and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in sales

• Previous experience with Google Suite products (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.)

• Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships

• Familiarity with modern corporate project practices such as quotation, purchase order, invoicing with the ability to create, and edit proposals, paperwork to bid for tender projects, etc.

• Time management and organizational skills

• UAE valid driving license

You determine your monthly income yourself through a high commission system in place, in addition to the basic salary & allowances. The only limit to the amount of salary you can make per month is your ability to sell.

Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
