Property Coordinator for Dubai

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities:

• Performs all activities related to apartment rentals.
• Prepares Form A (Seller’s Agreement), Form B (Buyer’s Agreement) and Form F (MOU/Sales Agreement between the Seller and Buyer) through Dubai REST application.
• Creates listings/advertisement on the CRM (PropSpace), applies for Trakheesi permits and publish the adverts online – Property Finder, Dubizzle, Just Property, Bayut, etc.
• Maintains day to day administrative and personal services in order to support office operations.
• Answer telephone calls and take messages.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge in Dubai REST App (Creating Form A, B and F)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to multitask
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
