Currently, we are looking for a passionate and energetic Process Improvement & First Choice Specialist to be based in the BPO. In this role, the successful candidate will drive customer and business performance improvement and change initiatives using First Choice and process improvement methodologies. He/She will also build capabilities and foster behaviors that would create and sustain a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement across DGF functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Continuous Improvement (CI) / First Choice (FC) program and methodology
• Drive the CI/ FC methodology & thinking further into the business through standards, guidance and training
• Drive identification of country improvements areas
• Scope, prioritize and set up CI/ FC Initiatives and manage Initiative portfolio
• Coach Process Owners and Champions when running DMAIC / LEAN Initiatives
• Coach Process Owners and Champions when running CI / FC Initiatives.
• Drive sustainability of Continuous Improvement / First Choice Programs
• Establish and Strengthen knowledge management and best practice exchange
• Trains staff in First Choice methodology and create the First Choice culture/mind set

Job Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• Logistics business background with good understanding of Operations and e2e processes
• Excellent communication, data representation, analytical and administration skills
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong coaching and people development skills
• Change management background
• Self-starter and detail oriented
• Excellent PC skills including MS Excel/Office, statistics package.
• Solid knowledge of DMAIC/Lean methodologies (Min. FC Advisor Bronze Certified)
• Graduate in any discipline preferably Logistics and Supply Chain
• At least two years’ experience in a business process engineering or process improvement role with experience in a freight forwarding or logistics environment
