We are looking forward to a talented Social Media Manager working with our concerned team to manage and grow our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating fun content and engaging with our online community. You should be detail-oriented and have experience creating dynamic content, executing strategy, and reporting performance-based analytics. As a Social Media Manager, you will get to work closely with the DhanGuard Team to create fun and engaging content that aligns with current trends and highlights the brand. You will be part of an energetic team that embraces creativity and is obsessed with data. This delicate balance enables us to create strategies that build brand sentiment and drives sales. Attention!! We don’t need a content or design creator; we don’t want a social media marketer. We do not even need a salesperson, nor do we want a videographer.
We want a Social Media Manager, who has good communication skills, an active personality for taking videos and photos from daily events in the office,
And a good understanding of social media platform features like hashtags, stories, and live.
Skills and Responsibility
1. Should have a good Communication Skills
2. Should have an excellent understanding of Social Media Platforms and their Features.
3. Should have proper knowledge of designing and content creation.
4. Have sufficient knowledge of every platform of Social Media such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
5. You Should know about Hashtags to get maximum leads on different platforms.
6. Should contribute maximum time for giving replies to DMs or Comments of different platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Creation:
· Create long and short video assets using iPhone, DSLR and Premiere Pro.
· Collaborate with internal teams to plan/promote marketing campaigns/materials.
· Conduct market research to determine target audience needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors for marketing campaigns/materials.
· Create slide decks for presentations and webinars.
· Ensure marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines.
· Assist in creating email campaigns, including email design, content, audience, and delivery.
Social Media Management:
· Work with internal teams to coordinate posts/content on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
· Develop a content calendar that is engaging and relevant.
· Keep up with trends to maximize branding on various platforms.
· Continue to build our social media community through authentic engagements.
· Serve as a community anchor on all social media platforms by responding promptly with accurate information and advising management of any sensitive issues.
· Execute engagement to reach audiences for posts and steadily increase followers over time.
· Engage with audiences through Shoutouts, Complaints, Questions, and concerns.
· Swift, thoughtful replies are a must-do for companies looking to nurture customers and satisfy their followers. Having a social media manager means that those ever-so-important mentions never go unanswered.
· Create partnerships with relevant communities and community leaders, and Influencers.
· Review and analyze social media results and make recommendations.
· Assist in keeping sales materials current in paper and electronic form.
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related requests and assisting in other jobs as needed.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
· Vital proofreading, grammar, and copywriting skills.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
· Deadline-oriented with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
· Energetic with a positive attitude is a must.
· Creative and comfortable taking initiative and presenting ideas.
· Knowledge of Videography, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and ability to work proficiently on a PC, iPhone, and DSLR.
· Experience with Social Media Platforms.
Writing skills for communicating internally, interacting with customers, and writing marketing copy (think: captions and calls-to-action)
Social Media Experience such as working with multiple platforms and understanding their best practices
Customer Service Skills, including customer success and testimonials.
Understanding of Analytics.
Organizational Skills to handle wrangling their duties while also sticking to a schedule and deadlines
