Deriv Hiring for Technical Project Manager at Dubai Full Time

As a Project Manager at Deriv, you will oversee and deliver multiple complex software development projects while driving strategic initiatives and improving project management processes. Your role involves applying subject matter expertise to solve common and complex project-related issues, ensuring quality, and mitigating risks. Meeting stakeholders’ expectations and company standards will be a priority. You will facilitate meetings and well-coordinated workflows and work with multiple teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Your challenges

• Utilise Agile methodology to plan, manage, and deliver solutions efficiently.
• Establish and control project scope, constraints, and stakeholder communication and relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project team, assign tasks, conduct regular meetings with the team and the stakeholders, and document progress and risks.
• Secure and manage resources for cross-functional interdependencies and prioritise shared resources across projects.
• Ensure adherence to Scrum framework and practices.
• Identify risks, develop resolution strategies, and collaborate with all departments to achieve short- and long-term goals.

Requirements

• University degree in an IT or business-related field
• 5+ years of software project management experience in Agile, with at least 2 years leading Scrum teams as a Scrum master
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum methodology, Agile framework, SDLC, and project management methodologies
• Strong commitment to delivering products in time in a fast-paced environment
• Good skills in decision-making, teamwork, and problem-solving
• Proactive attitude, a desire for responsibility, and a passion for learning
• Ability to think and act strategically, decisively, and fluidly to develop solutions for problems
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
