1-Greet and welcome new and existing patients as soon as they arrive at the Clinic
2-Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, invoices, appointments, etc..)
3-Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone, whatsapp and email
4-Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook)
5-Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
6-Update calendars and schedule appointments on books and clinical software
7-Keep updated records of office expenses, costs and accounting.
8-Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and emailing.
