To provide support to the accounts department in processing transactions, issuing cheques, and updating ledgers, budgets, Good knowledge in SAP
· To handle banking transactions of company with different banks.
· Responsible to maintain proper record of receipts and payments.
· To handle Petty Cash and expenses Journal Entries
· To perform clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, filing, and other duties, as needed.
· To be responsible for assisting with a variety of day-to-day financial operations such as sales and purchase ledgers and basic bookkeeping.
· Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
· Making different entries in Tally, Excel or any other software.
· Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures.
· Preparing and submitting reports to management.
Assist colleagues and perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the management
· Timely entry of accurate record in cash register

Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
