Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Tasks:
- Employee Hotline Support Center (EMEA 24/7 hotline) of Dematic Services GmbH
- Remote analyses and troubleshooting in complex automation systems
- Regular 24h/7 days on-call service / remote support / home office / mobile working
- Support of customers by telephone, remote, focus on PLC and also industrial PC, SQL databases
- Support for all Dematic products f.e. multishuttle, stacker crane, electric monorail, miniload, conveyor technology BK10, MCS and BK25, AGV’s, AMR
- Professional customer support in a big team with different silos and specialists
- Working on small internal projects dedicated to value added services , predictive maintenance , industrie 4.0
- Training , Ramp Up support, commissioning support and internal Know-How transfer

- Apprenticeship Mechatronics , Electrician or Controls Engineer
- experience with Siemens PLC S7, TIA and possibly Rockwell/Allen Bradley and Beckhoff
- In-depth knowledge of bus systems (Profi-, Interbus-, AS-i-, CAN-Bus and Profinet), frequency converters, Scanners, Network
- Team player, strong verbal communication skills, analytical skills, result- and solution-orientated, ability to learn
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel of approx. 40% within the region “Central Europe EMEA”
- Microsoft Office
- Base knowledge C, C++, SCL
- Driving licence class B
