During your tenure as a Senior Associate in Corporate Finance – Government & Infrastructure, you will:

• Advice governments on large scale projects and/or programmes
• Focus on infrastructure projects in various sectors such as transport, power & utilities, defense, healthcare, education, security and justice
• Provide financial and commercial advisory, covering:
  • Feasibility studies, business cases and business plans
  • Development and execution of procurement strategies
  • Complex outsourcing and private sector participation/ PPP transactions
  • Funding and financing advisory
  • Bid and procurement support in various industries
  • Joint-ventures
  • Lead advisory engagements from inception through to contract close, including negotiation
  • Contract management activities, including considering options to restructure and/or renegotiate contracts
• Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Financial advisory experience, including experience of working with financial models and government business cases
• 3 – 4 + years of experience in consulting
• Excellent understanding of the financial and commercial aspects of government infrastructure projects
• Ability to multi-task and appreciation of the commitments to working within an advisory practice
• A logical and methodical approach to problem solving, with an ability to think laterally
• Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent business writing skills
