Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize clutter breaking and at times quick brief meeting ideas but always with a high standard of craft.
• The ability to present your work with confidence and a strong rationale.
• The conviction to challenge internal teams or a client comment with logic and appropriate solutions.
• Attend client and pitch presentations and represent the agency in it’s best self.
• Work with all agency teams with seamless ease and add value to the job.
• Work closely with client servicing and planning teams when essential to develop creative and brand strategies that lead to good work.a
• Have the sense of ownership and maturity to work on agreed deadlines and budgets.
• Be aware of the nuances of production including film shoots, still and lifestyle photography as well as 2D and 3D animation possibilities.
• Have the confidence to manage the above productions and deliver the product to a highest possible standard within the set parameters.

Qualifications:

• Minimum experience of 7-8 years in communication arts, graphic design or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills to obtain all necessary information from the client servicing team and then the patience and know how to effectively direct studio finalizers and other talent to produce work to the right standard.
• Complete hands on knowledge of all appropriate software including the Adobe CS suite including photoshop, illustrator, in design. The ability to work in motion design software including but not limited to Adobe Premiere and Aftereffects is a welcome bonus.
• Being an illustrator, typographer or a 3D generalist is also a welcome skillset to your profile but not a necessary one.
• As a senior creative you need to be aware of evolving pop culture across the fields of cinema, music, art, technology and design.
