Overview
Responsible for supporting several work functions to ensure business continuity , such as Content, Trade Plan, sales analysis and reports, POs, customer management and competition monitoring. This function is cross divisional and across several customers and will be working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide analytical support in the development of various sales-driving initiatives and assist Coty in achieving their short and long-term business strategy
Work with support functions such as Supply Chain, Marketing and customer service in capacities ranging from customer planning to product listings
Support on validating new launches and content on the websites to ensure all products are listed as planned
Competition activity tracking to ensure counter actions are taken if needed and monitor Coty brands performance vs competitors
Collaborate with marketing and design agency teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
Develop creatives for brand shops, product page, and other areas of site areas for all .com retail sites – Banners, GIFs, etc.
Set up and ongoing maintenance of product pages and Brand Stores
Write, edit and proofread content prior to sharing with the retailers
Manage content across different retailer platforms, including temporary visibility and e-mailers
Ensure all data and work is legally compliant (e.g. copyright protection) and approved by Brand licenses
Assist in the implementation of global content management systems tools
Work directly with distributors to help manage stock sufficiency across top customers
Manage and control Fill rate across top customers, and flag risks when KPIs are not being achieved
Plan marketing activities across key consumption periods for key retailers
