Responsible for General Administration tasks of office ensuring all office functions.
The candidate will be responsible for procurement international vendors
Searching suppliers and floating RFQs for Suppliers
Negotiation of prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders
Should have knowledge of import export
The candidate should be well organized in daily operational needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.
Candidate should monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
Basics of Microsoft office.
Salary and incentives shall be discussed during the interview.
