Job Description

Primary objective
Establish the organization as a market leader for Retail & Distribution of Hardware Products across MENA region by increasing profits and market share
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be reporting to the Chairman and will be responsible for leading an entire vertical that distributes worlds leading brands You will be equipped with good infrastructure and professionally qualified team to deliver the desired results
Establish organization objectives, policies and strategy and set targets for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increase profit and market share
You will be primarily responsible for all activities aiming to increase the overall profitability by increasing the efficiency of the distribution channels, increasing customer coverage, new product development, market penetration, expansion into new territories
You will also be responsible for overall operations of all support functions such as HR, IT, Legal & Personnel, Six Sigma, E-commerce, ISO, MIS etc
Develop, implement and manage E-Business model for retail & distribution of Engineering productssupplies
Analyze economic, social, technical, legal and other data or trends
Prepare or oversee the preparation of consolidated budgets, required reports and forecasts and present them or recommend their adoption to the Chairman
Appraise the activities of the organization according to strategies and objectives, and monitor and evaluate performance and report the progress in timely manner
Oversee the development and implementation of all organizational activities by authorizing funds and ensuring the funds invested is protected
Represent the organization in negotiations, at conventions, seminars and official occasions, and liaise with other organizations (eg major suppliers, customers, industry associations and government representatives)
Ensure all the organizations activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards
Candidate must be wiling to take a hands on approach to achieve budgets ,targets and strategies This is probably the most critical aspect of the job
