Job Description:
We are a rental car company located in Dubai and are currently seeking a passionate and professional Operations Customer Service representative to join our team. As an Operations Customer Service representative for our rental car company, you will be responsible for scheduling driver tasks, following up on orders, and communicating with customers regarding rental extensions. We expect you to have excellent communication skills and exceptional customer service abilities to ensure our customers have an outstanding rental experience.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Schedule driver tasks: Arrange driver work assignments and itineraries based on orders and customer requirements to ensure timely and efficient service completion.
• Follow up on orders: Handle, track, and manage orders to ensure accuracy and promptly address any potential issues.
• Communicate with customers: Maintain good communication with customers, understand their needs and requirements, and provide positive solutions. Handle customer requests for rental extensions to ensure a smooth process.
• Coordinate team collaboration: Work closely with other departments in the rental car company to ensure smooth order execution and assist in resolving any potential issues.
• Provide excellent customer service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and friendliness, striving to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to establish good relationships with drivers and customers.
• Outstanding customer service skills to effectively address customer inquiries and needs.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Teamwork mindset to collaborate with colleagues from different departments and coordinate issue resolution.
• Fluent spoken and written English skills for effective communication with international customers.

• Prior experience in the rental car industry or related field.
• Familiarity with rental car company operations processes and systems.
