Familiar Field : Road/Earthwork/Infrastructure
Project Management Certificate is preferable
Extensive experience in high profile project
Lead and Direct the Project operations and Implementing of Project management tools and techniques
Manage the Project teams and delegate the Team assignment
Manage the Communication between various stake holders in the project.
Plan , Manage and Control project Cost
Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts
Manage construction schedule and activities
Maintain the Project Plan
Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant codes and Authorities requirements
Select and manage subcontractors and suppliers relationships
Coordinate efforts across entire project between Client , Consultant and Subcontractors

Salary: From AED20,000.00 per month
