The Role
Job Purpose The role holder will be responsible for creating products, building processes, operationalizing relationships, and driving the day to day functioning of Structured Finance products. This role will require supporting the Senior Product Manager in building up material portfolios across structured finance products and engaging in pricing, portfolio, and financial analysis to drive decision making. Principal Accountabilities • Serve as the primary contact for all internal stakeholders on SF Products to drive solutions to day to day issues. • Assist in preparing business cases, conducting financial analysis, delivering the product roadmap and finding day to day solutions to client needs. • Build distribution channel capability (KPI establishment, incentives, etc.) for SF products across all the relevant distribution channels to maintain and accelerate revenue growth. • Manage and document changes to policies and procedures that are required to drive the client experience and minimize operational risk. • Develop customer document requirements for enrolling new services, approving applications, SOPs in marking liens, and the foreclosure/disposal process. • Engage in all IT testing for system performance, GL flows, developing MIS, establishing accounting entries, etc. for all the existing as well as new product lines under SF. • Analyse & recommend adequate product suggestions and feedback for product and process improvement and follow-through to implementation. • Conduct post implementation approval exercises to understand gaps and complete initiatives to improve performance. • Serve as a SPOC for coverage RMs to assist in client solution structuring for individual situations. • Ensure to comply with the audit requirements, internal and external reporting obligations etc. in line with the policy guidelines, to ensure high standards of uniformity and consistency across the Bank. • Conduct periodic competitive landscape exercise on various products under SF within the industry. • Communicate new product updates and enhancements, market trends to sales and implementation teams and assist in monitoring product performance in terms of volumes, value and revenue. • Work with concerned units to ensure product MIS is in place for accurate management reports.

Requirements
Requirements Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Previous experience in Asset products and driving portfolio growth. • Minimum overall 5-7 years of experience gained from product development and portfolio build-up
