Roles and Responsibilities:
Technical sales executive – Humidity Control equipment such as Dehumidifier (refrigerant, like AC) and Ultrasonic humidifiers, etc
You will be an expert for customers requiring assistance on how to select right Dehumidifier
Send quotations and follow up for orders from customers
Find customers using various market research tools
Regularly communicate with customers & dealer partners to support & grow sales
Support telephonic or onsite installation of products sold by us
Meet dealer partners and conduct technical training sessions
Desired Candidate Profile Good learner
Previous experience in any consumer appliance or AC brand is preferable
AC technicians with good communication also can apply
Diploma or B.tech – (mechanical or electrical) / B.Sc / equivalent
Coordinate with local AC dealer for service compliant
Understanding of basic HVAC equipment
Good communication skills with clear spoken language
Arabic is preferable, English / Hindi is essential
