3- Laise with property developers to acquire first-hand insights into their new projects and target audiences.
4- Attend new project launches as required and prepare detailed reports to be shared with the team.
5- Be very on top of Dubai’s off plan market updates.
6- Set up and manage lead generation campaigns on channels like Facebook, Instagram and other social platforms.
7- Create landing pages for different projects, supporting the Off-plan content specialist.
8- Support video content generation when required.
9- Pitch and implement new ideas for off-plan lead generation.
10- Stay up to date with the latest trends in off-plan marketing and what competitors are doing in Dubai and worldwide.
