Responsibilities:
A Systems Analyst’s routine tasks include (but are not limited to):
Delivering on the Service Center scrum team, work with ecosystem, project managers, scrum masters and product owners to ensure that work is completed and that queries, issues, escalations are resolved.
Working closely with the scrum master to groom the product backlog.
Clarifying requirements for Development, QA, and UAT staff.
Interacting with our users to ensure their needs are met within the application and that it is functioning as expected.
Capturing use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria for new requests.
Developing UI/UX or other artifacts to facilitate requirement refinements as needed.
Responsible for facilitating business requirements gathering and translating into system requirements.
Analyzing business requests/requirements, and then working with developers to define functional solutions to address complex business needs.
Developing familiarity with application data and data stores across the Global Health Benefits business and expertise in logical data mapping to be applied on Integration projects.
Participate in sprint planning and grooming sessions.
Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost effective application programming solution.
Ideally you will have experience with:
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud required. Experience with other Salesforce.com products including Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, or others is a plus.
Experience customizing and deploying Salesforce.com or other CRM applications
Experience with SQL and affinity with Relational Data Models
Proven ability to manage stakeholder communications and facilitate workshops, demonstrating strong verbal and written skills
Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare products, benefits, claims, and/or customer service or related experience is a plus
Experience working with user stories in an agile framework
Experience/Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree and other related field or comparable work experience
3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, or related IT experience
1+ years’ experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
Strong knowledge of Systems Analyst responsibilities and processes.
Knowledge of/experience with QA processes and testing requirements.
Comfortable working in complex systems architecture environment.
