RESTAURANT MANAGER
Han Shi Fu Restaurant is a modern Chinese casual dine in restaurant who carry the essence of uncompromising discipline of traditional Chinese cuisine and present the art of Chinese food in a modern light.
We are looking for experienced and high skilled restaurant manager that will be responsible in managing the day to day operation, overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the restaurant and at the same time specializes in managing their employees.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair.
· Responsible to train, and discipline employees, inform the job expectations and enforcing policies and procedures. Make sure to assign responsibilities to staffs and conducts regular performance checks.
· Constantly monitor staff appearance, attitude and degree of professionalism.
· Maintains operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures; implementing production, productivity, quality, and patron-service standards.
· Meet financial goals, by budgeting the cost and reaching for the target sales per month.
· Plans menus by consulting with executive chef, adjusts menus and estimates costs.
· Maintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures and complying with health and legal regulations.
· Maintain par stock levels for operational equipment and maintain inventory control procedures.
· Manage and prepare the staff schedule based on the business needs and operation.
· Excellent in customer service and handle and respond to customer complaints efficiently and accurately.
· Manage attendance and timesheet related to payroll for all employees.
· Handle staff complaints/concerns that can affect the operations.
· Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with external clients.
· Actively seek verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis and respond to all guests queries in timely and efficient manner.

Job Qualifications
· A proven 2 years’ experience in the same role
· A Graduate of Bachelor’s degree.
· Excellent customer service skills
· Possess a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
· Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
· Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
· Excellent in interpersonal skills and teamwork.
· Willing to work in QATAR.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
