We are looking for a motivated and experienced international property advisor, who is looking to join a global company with an unrivalled reputation for excellence. Responsibilities:

International Properties Sales

· Primary focus on investors from Europe, CIS and Russia.

· Promote UK & other international properties through private meetings, events and networking

· Deal with lead enquiries based on Chestertons SLA guidelines in a professional manner

· Management of new and existing leads and update activities in CRM regularly

· Support Chestertons social media posts, marketing events and promotional initiatives

· Sign up potential key connectors and referral partners to create revenue pipeline

· Delight customers with exceptional service and professional advisory

· Offer support and assistance to the wider team

· Support office advertising and PR strategies

· Maintain and build Chestertons profile in the market

Requirements:

· At least two years’ experience in a similar role

· With good command of written and spoken English

· Driven individual who is motivated to attain financial success

· Have extensive and strong sales experience

· Understand sales process and buyer motivations

· Competent in using Microsoft Office

· Good understanding in the usage of CRM software
