Charterhouse UAE Hiring for Capital Markets Associate NQ- at Dubai Full Time

​Charterhouse is currently assisting with a search to identify a Capital Markets Associate for the Dubai office of a Magic Circle client.

About the role
This is an opportunity to work for a leading, global firm and partake in intellectually challenging and rewarding work. This position will see close collaboration with the client’s global offices across Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

As part of the Dubai Capital Market’s team, you will be assisting the firm’s platinum clients, as well as with the full-range of mainstream capital markets products.

In addition, this position will require constant development of deep legal knowledge in this practice, the analytical research of relevant, accurately presented arguments, advising high-profile clients, negotiating with good-judgment and drafting with reference to legal and commercial arguments.

This role also focuses on establishing and maintaining positive client relationships.

In turn- this role will involve planning your work effectively, based around individual responsibilities, priorities and deadlines while supervising matters and setting the highest standards for the quality of work.

About you

Our client is seeking an England and Wales or Common Law qualified solicitor who is either newly qualified, or has a maximum of 2 years of post-qualified experience in an established international firm.

To be considered for this position, you will have a strong academic record, with experience and knowledge of debt capital markets.

Regional experience and Arabic language capabilities are not required, but will be an advantage.

The role will require strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to draft and deliver arguments succinctly, objectively and logically.

You will need to have good judgment, and the ability to form and maintain strong client relationships.
