Charterhouse are currently working with a client within the retail services space, whom within their expanding operations and regional hub, are looking to recruit a Finance & Administration Manager (FAM).
About the role
This position shall directly support the Regional Operations Director across the core areas of accounting, financial management and administration-linked disciplines, whilst also delivering a business support contribution to areas of HR support, business analysis and local compliance.
This FAM shall manage the oversight of payments, budget management and internal and inter-company reporting whilst also developing and introducing strong collections and accounts receivable practices to support cashflow and deployment objectives.
This position shall also manage internal IT systems (stock, operational and financial) along with overseeing any financing and banking arrangements coupled with the monthly management of the payroll and compensation systems across the organisation.
About you
Our client will look to recruit a professionally qualified finance professional whom is able to deliver across financial accounting, oversight of financial management combined with a track record within an administrative and/or business support function.
The FAM shall be expected to deliver a baseline of operational understanding, along with insight, to areas of compliance and any HR governance and process. In conjunction, the successful candidate shall be required to manage internal processes, across the international office network; whereby all reporting and areas of operations are overseen and managed within a financial context.
This FAM shall also be required to manage external vendors whilst supporting areas of project allocation, staffing and input to business and/or financial negotiation. The client will look to recruit a young and dynamic multi-tasker whom can understand and deliver across a broad-based role whilst managing strong commercial disciplines and practices.
