The role

RSC Tech of Chalhoub group is looking for an experienced Functional consultant, to lead their Kronos implementation – time & attendance, advanced scheduling (including forecasting), leaves, accruals. This is a highly integral role to the success of implementations within our TECH org.

You will work closely with in-house teams – TECH, HR, Store Ops, to ensure the maximum value of our workforce management investment is achieved. Specifically, the primary objective for this role is to understand our current state and use expert knowledge and best practices to govern the solution delivered by the implementation partner, within budget, and with exceptional quality. You will lead workforce management implementation and manage the project to successful completion.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide advanced-level knowledge of the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Advanced Scheduler module (including forecasting), Timekeeper module, Leaves and Accruals
• Lead all aspects of workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications and upgrades of time and attendance initiatives including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development, and support
• Participate in and contributes discovery phase of the implementation program
• Facilitate complex working sessions involving both internal teams and external implementation partner teams, including defining strategic objectives and tailors these to meet the group’s specific needs as necessary
• Create detailed functional and technical design documents, including test plans, test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation
• Analyze complex data or facts and summarizes and presents findings in a compelling way
• Provide thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools and/or services to enhance group’s operating environment based on practical experience, optimal outcomes and best practices
• Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to our end user champions

What you’ll need to succeed

• Overall experience of years in the Software industry, with ample experience in UKG – Dimension
• At least years of experience in leading the implementation, facing the client team
• Capable of managing global delivery models, meaning able to handle teams across the geography – near shore, offshore, onshore.
• Must have – Technical and Functional knowledge – UKG – Dimension or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos) Advanced Scheduler module (including forecasting), Central/ Dimensions Timekeeper module
• Good to have – Functional knowledge SAP Success Factors – working knowledge on SaaS/PaaS solutions.
• Experience leading dispersed teams.
• Good to have – work experience in SDLC and Agile methodology
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent ( years) work experience
• Minimum of years of experience with the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos) Advanced Scheduler module (including forecasting)
• Minimum of years of experience working in/with retail industry
• Minimum of years of experience with the UKG Central/ Dimensions Timekeeper module
• Experience of the full implementation lifecycle of a UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management implementation

Nice to have…

• Minimum of years of experience presenting to executive-level audiences
• Experienced in creating strategic communication pieces for executive-level audiences
• Certified in UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Advanced Scheduler module (including forecasting)
• Ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative team setting
• Able to handle escalated issues, understand client needs and tailor solutions and responses to meet these needs
• Ability to analyze complex data or facts, summarize findings, and present results in a compelling way
