To work with the Head of Policy and Process for overall design, standardisation, integration, and improvement of global Exams processes. The key purpose of this role is to ensure that Policy and Process team’s KPIs are met; all business processes, across all Product lines are efficient, effective, meeting customer needs and ensures competitive advantage for the British Council. The role also requires deputising the Head of Policy and Process.
