FUNCTION: Operations

LOCATION: Dubai, UAE

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

To coordinate sustainability projects and ensure sustainability KPI information gathered, analyzed and reported as per best practices – this includes energy consumption, carbon emissions accounting, waste management and water stewardship. Coordinate and participate in sustainability initiatives and liaise with internal and external stakeholder to ensure delivery of sustainability targets.

Reports to: Supply Chain Manager, Gulf & Iraq

Reporting Level: Manage Self

Geographic Scope: Dubai, UAE

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Ensuring supply plan is meeting the end market requirement
• Liaising with supply network team for ensuring timely productions and shipments from the factories.
• Monitoring stock in transit and customs clearance progress
• Updating inbound / outbound shipments trackers
• Ensuring timely deliveries to the distributors
• Preparing and maintaining accurate and timely inventory reports
• Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
• Responding to ad-hoc requests from cross functions.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Excel advanced knowledge is a must
• At least 3 years working experience in Supply Chain
• Bachelor Degree in related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
• Experience with SAP
