In This Position, You Will
Be accountable for developing and executing Bose digital marketing plans within UAE, MEA, and India region through direct partners (Pure players & Resellers.com) and through distributor partners.
Regions : UAE/India/Middle East/Africa
Roles & Responsibilities
- Be the Digital marketing SME with internal and external stakeholders within market (resellers, distributors, and agencies)
- Partner with channel marketing manager to develop and drive omni-channel plans within direct market (UAE) and regional indirect accounts with a focus on India.
- Work with Regional Distributor lead & Channel marketing manager to drive Omni-channel marketing plans within distributor markets based on distributor agreements and available resources to achieve business objectives by leveraging BDF
- Responsible for influencing digital marketing direction to Distributors, based on established global marketing and distributor model priorities
- Support Distributor on annual marketing planning (ABP), & investment planning based on marketing priority and available funds “BDF, MDF”.
- Set expectations for marketing performance measurement. Monitor reporting. functional representatives’ performance evaluation (equally owned)
- Utilize tools such as self-serve Content Management (Bynder) – to efficiently distribute content in local language.
- Lead Bose digital presentation throughout key resellers and pure players in UAE and distributors in India, leveraging CMS, Syndicated contents tools, Brand digital store, A+ contents to deliver on roles goals and KPI’s.
- Manage Bose.xx and distributor managed Bose website updates to align on regional launches and programs.
- Work with internal teams – when required and approved – such as demand generation, merchandising, digital, legal and business ops that affect the successful achievement of marketing objectives.
Role scope will require 50% partner relationship and influence, 50% marketing planning and execution. 25% travel required.
Requirements & Skills
- Digital Marketing/ Ecommerce 3-7 years
- Ecommerce Shopper Journey mapping & optimization
- Working with content syndication tools and reseller content platforms
- Experience collaborating with channel marketing and sales account managers to hit revenue targets
- Experience in regional pureplayers e.g. Amazon, Flipkart, Noon, Namshi ..etc.
- Experience within region (ie India) would be considered a plus
- Working with cross functional teams to achieve common targets
- Experience with CRM marketing
- Strong communication and relationship building experience.
