THE POSITION
Boehringer Ingelheim is currently seeking a talented and innovative Intern to join our team located in UAE. As an Intern, you will work with a team of experienced professionals who will guide you through real world, hands-on experience in a Pharmaceutical Organisation in this region.
As an Administration Intern, you will be involved in
- Organisation of company events and activities
- Coordinate and support projects as required with all agencies (project management, tracking timelines and delivery, logistics for events, approvals and ensuring timely payment process)
Desired Skills and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Digital proficiency
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information
- Presentation skills
- Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to execute and follow through on priorities
Requirements:
- Undergraduate student or Graduate (Literature/Language/Marketing/Media) preferred
- Strong background in all Microsoft office programs
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Strong spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus
- Dubai issued visa/sponsor visa
- Valid Health Insurance
